8-Week Challenge Ts & Cs
Eligibility:
a. The weight loss challenge (hereinafter referred to as “the Challenge”) is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above.
b. Members of Urban Shack receives 30% Discount.
Registration:
a. Participants must register for the Challenge at Urban Shack by filling in the registration form provided by Simmi’s Health.
b. Registration fees and any additional charges associated with the Challenge must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Upfront payment required to be entered into the 8 Week Weigt Loss Challenge.
c. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Challenge may have a limited number of participants.
Challenge Guidelines:
a. The Challenge duration will be 8 weeks starting on 10 July 2023.
b. Participants must attend regular weigh-ins at Urban Shack as scheduled by Simmi’s Health to track their progress.
c. Participants must follow the recommended weight loss program provided by Simmi’s Health throughout the Challenge period.
d. Participants are required to train at Urban Shack for a minimum of 3 days per week as determined by Urban Shack Simmi’s Health.
Online participants are required to weigh in before challenge starting date, after 4 weeks and after the end date.
Online participants are required to submit information requested from Simmi Health.
e. Any deviations from the program or failure to attend the required training sessions should be reported to Simmi’s Health for guidance and advice.
Winner Selection:
a. The winner of the Challenge will be determined based on the highest percentage of weight loss and overall body fat% achieved in comparison to their initial weight and body fat.
b. The winner will be announced and awarded a cruise trip as the prize.
There will be a second and third winner to win prizes.
c. In the case of a tie, the participants who achieved the desired weight loss goal will go through to another 1 week weight loss challenge to determine the winner.
d. The decision of Simmi’s Health regarding the winner will be final and binding.
Prizes and Awards:
a. The winner will receive a cruise trip for a specified duration and destination, as determined by Simmi’s Health.
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Medical Considerations:
a. Participants are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before starting the Challenge, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medications that may affect their weight loss journey.
b. Simmi’s Health and Urban Shack shall not be held liable for any health issues or complications arising during or after the Challenge.
Media Release:
a. By participating in the Challenge, participants grant Urban Shack and Simmi’s Health the right to use their names, photographs, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Challenge, without any compensation.
Disclaimer:
a. Participants understand and acknowledge that weight loss results may vary, and Simmi’s Health does not guarantee specific outcomes or goals.
b. Participants agree to participate in the Challenge at their own risk and release Urban Shack and Simmi’s Health from any liability related to injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Challenge.
Modifications and Termination:
a. Urban Shack and Simmi’s Health reserve the right to modify or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to the Challenge will be communicated to the participants through the provided contact information.
By registering for the Challenge, participants indicate their agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
