After four years, I finally found the courage to leave, but I quickly realized that healing and rebuilding myself would be an even greater challenge.
Overwhelmed and without the right tools to process my emotions, I unknowingly turned to food for comfort. This habit spiraled into an unhealthy cycle, leading to binge eating, hiding food, and struggling with shame and guilt. I became trapped in a constant loop of losing and gaining weight, unaware of how powerful habits truly are—how they shape our daily lives, and more importantly, how they can be broken and replaced with better ones.
Through years of trial and error, I discovered the tools and strategies that transformed my life. I learned that we weren’t born with unhealthy habits—we created them, which means we can also break them. Today, I dedicate my work to helping others who feel stuck, just as I once did.
As I deepened my understanding of nutrition, I fell in love with how the right fuel can drive recovery, performance, and endurance.
